MIRO VIDEO CONVERTER BLOCKED FULL
I also appreciate the relatively new ability to create a basic kanban board that can then be fleshed out into a full Jira epic/backlog plan without double handling - I can sit in a room with my team and quick-fire create tasks, adding whatever details matter in the moment (due date, assignee, etc), putting them in a kanban format or all over the board, and then convert the tasks into Jira tickets without ever leaving Miro.īeing able to do all of the above concurrently with others (whether in a specific meeting/workshop or not), is excellent, and in fact with offshore teams (that often don't have a shared first language) this is how I've run many rituals such as stand-ups and retros. It's also excellent having a free-form space to get things out of my head and onto a page in whatever way makes sense at the time - be that jotting down bullet points, scribbling out ideas, off-the-cuff diagrams, super quick mind-mapping, sticky notes on mock-ups, or rapid wireframes. I love being able to integrate/embed all our platforms in one place, we can include references to online inspiration, Jira tickets, design files, colour palettes, stakeholder documents, you name it - all in the same space that we conduct brainstorming, planning and workshopping. all the things! I honestly don't know how I would live without Miro now!. Product design planning, ideation, PI planning, user testing + research. You name it, we're using Miro to help solve for it.
MIRO VIDEO CONVERTER BLOCKED MAC
and the Mac app is not super great, but usable.įantastic support, excellent ease of use, availability of templates from Miroverse to help you get started/be inspired, and their conference was FANtastic! We had an issue where a board was accidentally deleted, and Miro support was SUPER fantastic about helping us recover that data (we have an enterprise agreement). not enough time to explore all the templates available on Miroverse. After attending this years Miro conference, I learned so many tips and tricks for enhancing my usage! So many uses. It's great for collaboration - and great for presentations. I'm waiting on my IT department to approve the integration with Jira and I'll be in seventh heaven. With integrations to Asana, I can create my team's Product Increment (PI) kanban board AND track progress via a gantt chart in Asana.

Miro is the ultimate in flexibility - as a UX/UI designer I use it daily to generate ideas, map out feature designs and workflows, for collecting user research feedback + for conducting card sort studies, for PI planning, and for everything else in-between. I desing an dplan my planing, and share my frames with my team during remote and in person sessions.more Keeping my team in sync is alos a fequent use. It's starting to replace my love for Evernote (10 year user here!!). However I also use it as a personal notetaking app. I've run workshops, brainbstorming sessions across departments, and even used it to present at a conference.

Running online collaboration sessions is the most frequent use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has a really shallow learning curve, work looks great on screen, and it is actually fun to use. It facilitates remote and in person creative work, by allowing people to collaborate on ideas. Recommendations to others considering the product: Having search within board, and across boards would also make it even greater. Adding tags to other elements onscreen would be useful too. I wish there was a way to filter conent on any given tag, to clearly see how different users participated or approached the work.

I tend to use tags a lot when preparing a session, to pre-populate notes for different users. That is the best indicator that the tull proved valuable to them. Even more, I've seen other collaborators keep using Miro not only to collaborate with others, but also as a personal whiteboard and brainstorming tool. In a context of accelerated digitalization of work, using Miro has made it easy for me to run remote workshops, every single time.
